Meet John Mull
For over 20 years, John's practice has focused on family law matters. These areas include: dissolution of marriage, legal separation, complex community property and debt division, paternity issues, child custody and visitation disputes, in state/out of state child relocation, spousal maintenance and child support, adoptions, grandparents' access rights, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements and family law appeals. John has an excellent reputation as an attorney and provides each of his clients with personalized service and detailed attention to their specific needs. John's experience and knowledge is also reflected in his unique ability to understand the personal and emotional side of family law disputes while simultaneously advancing the goals and objectives of his clients in a passionate, skilled and financially sensitive manner. John is well-known and respected for his creative approach in solving legal disputes in ways many other family law attorneys are unable to accomplish.
John's practice also includes representation of clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. These types of cases also require competent, compassionate and caring representation. John represents various parties in these types of cases including private fiduciaries, interested family members and individuals in need of protection. Closely related to John's guardianship and conservatorship practice is his representation of clients in probate matters. John represents parties in contested probate matters and also prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney and other related documentation, as well as Trusts and other wealth preservation documents.
When appropriate, John attempts to resolve his cases through negotiation or mediation and his goal is always to reach the most advantageous and cost-effective outcome for his clients. If it necessary to go to court, however, John's experience as a seasoned trial litigator can be relied upon to obtain the best results possible for each client.
John's Certified Paralegal, Rosemary Dvorak, works closely with him on every case and is sensitive to each client's specific priorities and need for timely responses to requests for information affecting their case. John graduated from the University of Kansas in 1986 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He also obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration from KU in 1990, after receiving his Law Degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. John was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1990 before becoming a member of the Arizona Bar in 1991. John is married with two children and enjoys golf, camping, gardening and spending time with his family and friends.
