Bahn, Herzfeld & Multer, LLP’s partners collectively have more
than 20 years of experience in the criminal justice system. Mr. Bahn served
as a Rackets prosecutor in Manhattan and as an Inspector General in the
New York City Department of Investigation, specializing in the construction
industry. Mr. Multer represented hundreds of people during the six years
he spent as a public defender in New York City. The partners have conducted
dozens of felony trials and are skilled negotiators with excellent reputations
in the criminal justice community. In addition, Mr. Herzfeld has researched,
written and argued scores of criminal appeals in both state and federal
court.
Our combined knowledge of both sides of the courtroom gives the firm a
