Estate Planning - Creating an estate plan which will reflect the client's goals and work to limit the estate tax burden, preparing the necessary documents, including wills, trusts, health care proxies and powers of attorney, to effectuate the client's wishes.

Matrimonial Law - Consulting with respect to the economic ramifications of marriage and divorce, negotiation of pre-marital and separation agreements and litigation with respect to divorce, property rights, spousal and child support, and custody/visitation.

Civil Rights - The firm will consider taking these and other types of civil rights claims on behalf of individuals: False arrest, malicious prosecution, police brutality & misconduct, illegal search and seizure, equal protection and due process violations.
