Clint Brown — Wills and Estate Planning in Prescott, AZ
Clint is a native of Prescott and considers himself fortunate to have grown up in this community he still calls home.

Clint graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1991 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation from Northern Arizona University, Clint obtained his real estate salesperson's license and worked in management and sales capacities in the commercial real estate and semiconducter industry for four years before realizing how much he missed the community he grew up in. Clint was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1999.
After leaving Prescott in 1987 to pursue his education, Clint returned to Prescott in 1998 and has practiced law in Prescott since 1999. Clint's practice areas include both commercial and residential real estate, including preparation of purchase contracts and lease agreements, dealing with title matters and real estate liens, easements and encroachments, tax lien sales, zoning and land use matters, and boundary disputes.
